GRI Designation Program

   The Graduate, REALTOR®  Institute
    (GRI) designation is a professional
development training program
for residential real estate professionals
interested in increasing their
knowledge and business skills in the
fundamentals of real estate practice.
Administered locally by MAR via the Massachusetts
REALTOR®  Institute, this national program includes 90
hours of classroom instruction, presented as six two-day
courses, each followed by an exam. The GRI
designation is only available to licensed
who are members of the REALTOR®
organization, thus making it a prestigious
industry achievement for those who acquire
it, not to mention an important business
referral tool.  In fact, in Massachusetts,
just 11 percent of the MAR membership,
or approximately 2,100 REALTORS® currently hold the GRI designation.
